We went to complain to receptionists and they came back later after checking the cameras and didn't notice anyone go in (Then how was the bed made and the towels gone?) "

"COLD “Hot Tub” - the pool was actually warmer! It was very disappointing since it was the main reason I booked it. Arrived after 12 hour day of driving. Booking came with two free drinks, but we were charged for them. They took them off the bill, but c’mon… Hotel and room were nice, with secure parking."
