Front desk help was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However I didn't like the towels, they were very old and needed to be replaced.Also, my pillow wasn't comfortable and I had to request another one which the hotel provided to me. Breakfast is good and buffet type but if you want pancakes or other special breakfast items you have to pay about 3 dollars more. This hotel is far away from downtown so, next time I'll book another hotel nearer.

Good for short business trips

The only I really do no like was the bath towel. it is like a piece of cloth instead of felling thick thick cotton sensation A possible improvement could be Offering tissues and at least one drawer for cloth

El aseo de la habitación no lo habían hecho antes de las 4 pm. Les tuvimos pedir que lo hicieran. Cambiaron su política de poner agua todos los días de la reservación a solo el primer día. Una manera de bajar costos bajando calidad en el servicio, mal. El desayuno muy bien.
