La habitación no es como la publican, está muy descuidada, con muchos detalles que corregir, tampoco está limpia, ya que encontré una cucaracha al lado de la cama. El personal no es grosero, pero tampoco amable, se limita a hacer lo que tiene que hacer

Un hotel muy bien ubicado cercano a la facultad de la BUAP, tiene cerca paradas de transporte y restaurantes, y tiene todos los servicios incluyendo estacionamiento. Algunas problemas es la condición del hotel y la limpieza. En general es un hotel muy accesible, céntrico, y a buen precio, con personal profesional y muy amable.

Muy malo

Muy mal el lugar tiene cucarachas y las instalaciones soy muy viejas y descuidadas. No hay ningún espejo grande para poderte arreglar, la iluminación fatal, no hay contactos para poder conectar el cargador del celular, creo que por el precio pueden ofrecer un mejor Servicio e instalaciones
