"The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location."

"The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning. We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming.
