"Hotel is nothing but false advertisement is in need of major repairs pool is shut down and has been there is no breakfast there is no ice machine the doors are not secure entering the building the rooms are dirty I found dried blood on my pillow and pillowcase so that tells me it wasn't changed wallpaper and paint is peeling the bathtubs need resurfaced curtains are awful walls are dirty carpet is dirty I personally booked it because of the breakfast it's non-existent avoid at all costs when you ask about the amenities that aren't available the staff is very rude also when they gave me my room it wasn't even finished being cleaned I had to hunt somebody down for towels and coffee this place is just a mess!! If a negative zero was possible that's what I would give it"

"The key machine malfunctioned and we were without keys to our room. The front desk attendant let us in our 1st room. Upon leaving to get dinner, our door was stuck and we were trapped in our keyless room. We called the front desk only to discover that there was no maintenance to get us out. We were moved to another room, and still had no keys. However, upon resting - a strange man with his luggage came into our room. This startled us and he walked back out. This man had a key to our room that we didn’t. This is very disturbing and very disappointing, we have stayed here before and did not have any problems. We most likely will never return to this facility in the future."

"The people are good and helpful. The property amenities need to be updated along with a deep clean. The hot tub is really a warm tub and the power of the jets with 10 being forceful is two. Elevator when it gets to 4th floor it feels like the hardware is going to snap and come crashing down. Unsure if this is throughout the property, but my bed was so soft with pockets of some firmness - but if it was property I’d replace it. There were what appeared to be very small ants in and around the bathroom. This is personal preference, the bathtub felt unclean (may only be age of unit). Most of the towels were frayed. The curtain was great making it dark for sleep. Quiet property which for me is good. Parking good. Laundry worked well. Staff friendly and accommodating."
