Great location on Commercial St. Near everything and included free parking. That's a big plus inP-Town! We were in off season so it was quiet. Just know in peak summer there are several clubs and restaurants nearby, and it might be a bit noisy. The complimentary ear plugs left in the room were a clue. Enjoyed our 3 nights.

Great location! Be prepared for some noise, but the hotel provided ear plugs. We didn’t hear anything past midnight.

The location is great, hotel contact was Heather was very responsive and helpful though not on property, room was clean, did not have any washcloths though. I understand it is near off season, so there is no staff on site or room cleaning service unless requested, no problem at all. The main issue i had with the room and I did report to the contact was that the jacuzzi shower water temperature could not be regulated. It was cold for a few minutes then went to hot, and stayed hot to scalding. Made showering very difficult, ended up washing my face in the sink so i could use warm instead of very hot water. The other suggestions i have is that the Nespresso machine in the room appeared to be inoperable, and it looks like it was the first model made, it was dusty and kind of gross looking, i think it should just be replaced maybe with a small Keurig brewer. The hallway snack area did have a Keurig machine which was great. Some of the fruit in the bowl was rotten, like some oranges and apples so probably should be checked more frequently even in the Fall season.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of everything! Clean and nice and I found it very quiet despite what some reviews said. Simple room but had everything we needed. They even left out delicious fresh muffins for breakfast!
