「This was not as described. The room was in the very last floor of a walk up, two or three flights of stairs. In addition, the bed is in the attic going up another set of stairs, with not enough headroom and very close to the ledge of the stair case. The place is very small and look like an old dormitory. Listing shows a private hot tub. But that is a misleading advertisement. There is only a standing shower. 」

「This was the cutest little bed and breakfast. The house was absolutely adorable. I would love to stay again however my only complaint is that upon arrival it wasnt the warmest inviting feeling when checking in.It was a very cold here's your key. But they did let us check in almost an hour early so that was very nice. Other than that everything」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
