Loved how the breakfast you order, is outside ur room door by 830 am, the property inside and out was beautiful and it is in a great location close to the action but not loud. Will definitely stay there again.

A Four Seasons -Ritz Carlton Worthy Stay

A wonderfully kept Inn, with an amazing friendly Innkeeper. Beautifully furnished, freshly baked scones served directly to your room, top of line coffees and teas available. Quiet, convenient parking, with short walk to everything Provincetown has to offer. The rooms were A+ with fireplaces and pillow top mattresses. Super clean and tidy. I would absolutely reserve again!

The property itself was straight out of Kinfolk magazine. Just the most beautiful architecture with updated fixtures and modern bathrooms. Breakfast basket was lovely. Previously, we had always rented in S. Wellfleet or Truro only to drive every evening to Provincetown. This was the most relaxing vacation I have had in 30 years.

PTown Perfection!

Admiral's Landing was fantastic. Starting with hosts David and John. They were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The place is immaculate and excellently maintained. There are also fantastic amenities, such at the huge, deep jacuzzi tub and the radiant heat floor in the bathroom. And the breakfast baskets delivered outside the room each morning made a great vacation even better!

A home away from home

For a Bed and Breakfast in Provincetown this place is top notch. Each room comes with its own private bathroom, a coffee machine, and beautiful artwork and bright colors makes the rooms feel inviting. Breakfast every morning was delivered outside my room in a cute basket with real silverware and a cloth napkin! The house itself was well maintained and had a comfortable common room and lobby area and a beautiful patio to enjoy your breakfast on. You would have no clue you are on a main road once you are inside. You can choose how many times your room is cleaned during your stay by letting David at the front desk know, David is a gracious host making sure everyday that your needs are met, he is also very knowledgeable about Provincetown and all it has to offer, and unlike other hosts I’ve had, he doesn’t hide away and is very present on the property during the day. I loved staying here and am already planning my next trip back to stay again!

This is one of the top places to stay in Ptown. The innkeepers love what they do and shows in every aspect of the experience. I highly recommend this place, it’s lovely.

We had SUCH a great time at Admirals Landing! The first thing that came to mind when thinking back to our time is that we can’t wait to rebook. David was super helpful, and was eager to help whenever he could. To add, the location of the property made accessing the main attractions of the town super convenient. We can’t wait to book again! From the second we parked our car, we felt at home. David greeted us outside and got us checked in. He took his time to give us a ton of recommendations for the area and he did not steer us wrong. Our room was perfect and quaint. The location was only a block away from downtown P Town. The deliver to your door breakfast in the morning was delicious and adorable! We have no complaints. It was the perfect place for a lovely stay!

This is a great place. We were glad to stay here. David is a host who is so genuinely friendly it was like staying with family and friends. David’s scones and other baked goods were amazing.

From the moment we arrived (a lot later than expected) we felt welcomed. I am incredibly finicky about the cleanliness of hotels, or any short-stay residence. I'm that person who brings my own cleaning products, sheets, and towels. Not only was this place charming and beautifully decorated, but this place was also CLEAN! It was my first visit to Provincetown and we lucked out with Admiral's Landing! The location was the best. It was within walking distance of everything that we needed. We were so happy that we were NOT on Commerical Street. The hosts were incredibly accomodating. The breakfasts were a treat that we looked forward to daily. Yeah, there was parking on the premises! We were sorry that we did not stay an additional day.

A GREAT place to stay in Provincetown!

I booked my stay at Admiral's Landing and I'm so happy I did! My room was clean and bright and comfortable. It's right next to Far Land Provisions (a little store I love to get food at), and a quick walk to all the fun on Commercial Street. The parking was secure and the WiFi was great. THEN there's the super nice guys who run the place. They really made me feel welcome. I will return for sure! Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed our stay at Admiral's Landing. It's unique in that guests will have to place order for next day's breakfast ahead of time. After the first couple of days, I started to look forward to what the next baked good of the day would be!

Could not be more satisfied with Admirals Landing. Excellent location. Spacious, well-appointed room (we were in the Waves Penthouse) with plenty of windows to enjoy the light and air (and effective air conditioning for those that prefer). Beautiful large bath with both impressive whirlpool tub and glass stall shower. Unobtrusive yet prompt, professional and effective service from staff. Lovely common areas in lobby and outdoor patio. An all-around delightful place to stay.
