「飯店離車站有點距離，走路8分鐘到電車再坐2站才會到車站。有飲水機還有氣泡水很棒，房間也大，服務人員很好，只有一個中年大叔很沒耐心態度很差。床是偏硬的」

「Very near from Firenze S.M.Novella station. Hotel Staffs are kind and friendly. Hotel entrance faced to the street seems a little bit not a hotel like but it is actually a good hotel. If I will plan to go to Firenze again, this hotel will be a candidate hotel.」

「地點非常好！幾乎所有預訂的景點和餐廳都在附近。房間很舒適，打掃的也很乾淨，服務人員友善。唯一一點小毛病是排水不太好！中間小淹水，我還自己試著清潔排水孔才舒緩。但整體來說，是下次還會考慮入住的地方。」

「There was a fridge and AC in the room which was nice. Check-in desk was friendly, we actually checked in like an hour early and when checking out we checked out 15 minutes late, not charged and were able to drop our bags with a bathroom available in the lobby. The area felt safe at night and there was nothing to complain about. 「這是一個老房子，所以對於設施就不要有太多的期待，房間也有一點點悶。但除此之外一切都很棒。地點非常方便之外服務更是沒話說，旅館人員都很真誠熱情又不過分叨擾，早餐也非常有誠意，用餐環境有中世紀的感覺，旅館也有提供拖鞋跟飲水機還有免費飲料，總體來說是非常滿意的一次住宿。」

「可能是老房子的關係，電源配置很奇怪，流理台的排水非常緩慢，使用上有困擾，很多地板其實不平整，走路要小心，甚至會震動到周遭的裝置物～～～」
