The staff were very kind and sorted our travel to the airport - generally everyone was very customer minded. The location is great for easily walking around Florence and the history of the building adds a lot to the stay. Comfortable room and a very nice bathroom.

This was such a beautiful property. There’s a remarkable history behind the building and what it was used for which makes staying here even more special. My kids loved the courtyard, which is a rare find in Florence to have green space! It is so well maintained here. Also, the breakfast was a wonderful cherry on top. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Florence,

The photos were good but the reality is even better. This was a nunnery previously and is a traditional building set on a piazza. Imagine cool tiles, sweeping staircases and huge wooden doors. Spotlessly clean with large airy rooms and shuttered windows overlooking (in our case) rooftops and onto the hills beyond. A short walk to all the major sites, good breakfast and peaceful garden...perfect!

The whole place is a museum very nice place!!! The rooms do have air conditioning which helped a lot with the hot weather outside, the common areas are hot though, there is no TV in the rooms, but in common areas, thus a bit hot to watch a game There is plenty of stores and places to eat without the crowds… Close walk to the main plaza.
