「We had problems with air conditioning and they told us nothing they could do about fixing it. Also we found cockroaches and had to leave and find new accommodation …. Would not recommend this place. Expedia was excellent at handling my issues but trying to deal with property owners was frustrating. They offers to move me to a less desirable location they won with no elevator and other non desirable options.」

「Location is key! The appartment is located right in the heart of the city, and the biggest plus for me was the big Big balcony.」

「I had a great stay and it is in a good location. I had a lot of trouble with the check in process and wish I could have done it more in advance. Having to fill out a bunch of forms a few days before is very challenging when actively travelling. I wish I could do it much further in advanced. Besides that, I had a great stay.」

Excelente!!」

The check-in process is very easy, clear and reception is location a 3-4 minute walk away (for us at our first apartment building). The building itself is a traditional Bolognese building on a street busy with Trattoria's. There is no lift so you will need to carry luggage up the stairs, something to be...

「I was disappointed with the condition of the room. It appeared quite old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets were very worn and even torn in places, the bed frame was scratched from years of use, and I noticed mold on some of the walls. While the host responded to messages promptly, they were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The room also did not include a kettle, and when I asked about one, I was told to heat water in a dish on the stove to make tea, which I found unusual and...

「Very convenient location.」
