This is a very nice apartment. It has a really cosy atmosphere. It was also very clean. Modern bathroom and clean shower. Aircon is ok, but only in the living area. Good information booklet provided by the property company. Apartment location is superb for exploring Bologna. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, two immediately outside.
My only negatives are, it can get a little noisy at night from the street below, which was hard to understand as the property is fully double-glazed. And the other thing was that there were no instructions on how to extended the sofa bed. But other than those two points, it’s excellent.
