「Advertised as air conditioned rooms but air-conditioning not functioning at all with a dangerous looking wire hanging from the ceiling. I left the hotel as the room was too hot to sleep in and I was told I would get a full refund if I applied through Expedia. I have done this and Expedia tell me the can’t get through to the hotel to approve the refund.」

「On arrival, we checked in and started to unpack. We noticed that parts of the room were dusty. As we looked closer we noticed that our room was layered in dust that had obviously been there longer than a week nevermind a day. The headboards were covered and you could visibly see the colour difference on the carpet where the duty was lying. I checked my mum and dad's room aswell and there's was the same but not as heavily dusted. Me and my dad both suffer with asthma which set us off sneezing and...

「Our flight delayed and reached hotel at midnight. Although hotel could not provide 24 hours check in service, they are supportive and leave the key and clear information to us on counter so that we can quickly DIY and have a good sleep.」
