「El lugar está lindo si es que solo vas a llegar a dormir y bañarte, ya que las instalaciones no cuentan con un servicio adecuado de aire acondicionado ni nada por el estilo, el lugar si se encuentra algo retirado de la zona de antros y bares, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien」

「Hotel was clean, staff was nice and breakfast was delicious. Only complaint is the at on Expedia it indicated that it provided shuttle to airport, however, it doesn’t provide that service」

「Está súper bien ubicado, a 7 minutos en cuatrimoto de la punta. Las habitaciones súper bien, con aire acondicionado y te limpian la habitación todos los días. La alberca igual está a gusto, un poco chica pero muy bien todo. Nos la pasamos súper bien y sin duda volveríamos!!!」

「We chose a 2 bed room, felt spacious and very clean. AC and hot shower worked perfectly. Staff was very kind and helpful, we are bilingual so we didn't have an issue with translation. You can book tours directly with them and they pick you up and drop off there. Close to Manzanillo and Carrizalillo beaches. I'm a heavy sleeper so this wasn't an issue for me, but there is a bar down the block that has loud music(only weekends), so probably my only precaution. I would definitely stay again」

「We enjoyed a third floor room with a large terrace. The room had an air conditioner and a small kitchen. The hotel grounds were beautiful and filled with birds and a cute cat or two. Nice pool, but the pool was kind of warm which is I guess to be expected. The location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and shops and bars. We could see the ocean from our Terrace」

「Todo excelente, cuando me dieron la habitación no enfriaba el AC pedí el cambio y me dijeron que no había disponibles Les dije que no había forma de que me durmiera ahí sin AC, al final hasta el mesero Agustín me ayudó y me cambiaron de habitación la que me dieron estaba a pie De la alberca Las clases de yoga buenísimas en la mañana Todo es espectacular de ese lugar」

「Please beware. The hotel was poorly maintained, the A/C barely worked, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Despite Expedia contacting the hotel on my behalf, they ignored all communication and refused to address the issue. I would not recommend staying here.」
