「It's a quiet little hotel in a very noisy beach town. No TV, good AC. Good curtains to block both noise and lights when we need to rest. Sparkling pool. You fix your own coffee, there is a common use kitchen with essentials to store, fix your own eating habits, clean after you use any utensils.」

「El hotel es muy bonito, la comunicación oportuna y la ubicación en Punta Zicatela, excelente. Los desayunos en su restaurante son súper ricos. La única situación es que como llegamos después de las 5 pm el primer día ya no había nadie en recepción, lo cual nos dificultó un poco el ingreso al hoyel, y que se equivocaron al asignarnos la habitación, por lo que la primera noche, mi hijo no tuvo sábanas en su cama.」

「Do not stay here. We booked Punta Nayaa for the final leg of our 10th anniversary trip—four nights we'd been looking forward to, drawn in by the hotel's photos and glowing reviews. Check-in seemed fine. The suite looked adequate, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. We headed out for a pre-booked bioluminescent lagoon tour and got back around 11pm. That's when it fell apart.
