"I booked 3 rooms and the only real reason I gave 2 stars is because the ladies at the front were really nice. The rooms and bathrooms smelled a little sour like a dirty mop was used in all of them. The showered were dirty and had hair the beds had hair in them. The checkin process wasn't seamless because the systems weren't working properly. The hallways were extremely dirty. There was a stain on some bedding. It definitely wasn't what I was used to or expected from the Hilton. The only reason im giving 2 stars is because the ladies up front were so sweet. I doubt I stay again. "

"The staff are all friendly and helpful. Crystal was specifically helpful and went above for me. Clean, comfortable beds. Will make this my go-to when in the area. "

"The room was not very clean. There was a dirt ring in the sink and the hand towels were dirty (they were not changed out from the previous person’s stay). I cleaned the sink and put aside the dirty towels and we just used the bath towels. Then when we went to wash up, the sink water backs up and the next day noticed the same in the shower. The A/C is very old and did not work very well. The TV is outdated. Also, some people were smoking outside of our room and the smell was seeping into our room. So the doors seals are probably worn. This location could use a good overhaul. The reason it even got 3 stars was because the staff member who check us in was very friendly. Her name is Brentney. She gets 5 stars. "

"I made a mistake by booking this NON-REFUNDABLE. My thing was a pool and free breakfast. The breakfast is not near a good hot cooked anything. Pool is not open until Memorial Day. The housekeepers are loud right outside the door. I do not recommend "

"Overall dirty. Hair in the tub. Bed was made with some one's dirty sweat pants that was there before us. No breakfast, there was some bagels and toast that looked like it was left from the prior day. New employees were very nice at check-in and check out."
