"The room was clean, but the appliances were outdated. There is a swimming pool, but it is only a 20’ oval. They do have a small cafe parallel to the check-in desk. The hotel manager was very nice and professional. The one perk that kicked it off was a restaurant next door, maybe 200 ft away. Big Al’s definitely throws down on their food; everything smacked. Charbroiled oysters were huge, delicious, and cheap. The mudbugs are where the money is at. What I had on my platter were mudbugs the size of baby lobsters compared to those in Shreveport."

"Clean room, staff was very helpful, and parking was simple. The chair in the room however was not the best. It made working a bit uncomfortable."

"Staff was delightful and check in was efficient. We were greeted each evening of our stay by the young man at the front desk and he was very helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always good, hot, and readily available."

"The property was clean. The breakfast was good. I personally didn't eat much breakfast but my children enjoyed it very much. My daughter was very fond of the Chia Seed Parfaits. The best part of the hotel was probably staff. All the staff that I encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful."
