"Made reservations at this place for hot tub and pool only to find out at check in they weren’t working. They offered a pass to some place to use a hot tub but who wants to travel all day and then have to drive somewhere else to get what you paid for in convenience. I received a letter from them 24 hours earlier but nothing was mentioned about the hot tub and pool not available"
