"Never used the Spa and it was still a bit chilly in February to go swimming, although the pool looked great. Room was lovely with safe, coffee machine & balcony. There was a hairdryer, steam iron, slippers & dressing gown in the room too. Reception staff were fantastic and the issue with the sink plug was promptly dealt with. They also helped arrange a tour for us, contacted our shuttle service & even provided us with take-away breakfast as we had an early flight."

"Spotldss room, courteous staff but living room furniture extremely uncomfortable. No washing machine as was promised in room description. A microwave would have come in handy. No towel bars in bathroom and no chest of drawers in bedroom. Took 3 days for ice cube trays to freeze but then again what can you expect as the price level for this resort is quite modest. Decent value for the cost."

"Thank you to the wonderful team at the W Algarve who made my solo birthday trip a wonderful one. They allowed me to check in early and had decorated the room with messages and even gave me a little sweet treat. Nothing was too difficult for them to sort out and they went above and beyond for me. The room was very big, clean and the bed very very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic!! One of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The spa facilities were great and I had a wonderful detox massage. I can’t wait to return with my husband and family. Thank you for making my trip. "

"Fridge broke Lamp was broke Air con broke! All electric sockets went off Was told no room to go shower wash dry hair etc! Breakfast - chef was chopping pineapple melon kiwi with same knife as the onions Could taste onions on the fruit No where near enough tables in breakfast for the amount of guests Single beds are tiny and we are not big adults DONT STAY IN ROOM 216 Our mate stayed in room 208 and his mirror was covered by the tv could literally see your eyebrows in it Cleaner was great "
