「Very clean comfortable, very helpful staff..」

「good hotel, very nice, quiet」

「前臺接待員工冷漠，WiFi收訊差，電梯指引不清楚。分派到在路邊的房間，聽得到馬路的噪音。」

「适合商旅」

「Nice staff and good location for the hotel. Value for money choice」

「I brought my child to the competition, but I didn't expect that the sound insulation effect was so bad. It was the sound of vehicles on the highway all night! I can't sleep at all! And breakfast, it's so bad! This is my first and last time to stay! Completely fooled by the picture!」

「Very good」

「A very bad experience. The shower drain in the room was clogged, and the front desk staff were completely expressionless, communicating with a sullen face throughout, and were very impatient. The breakfast buffet was almost empty, and the staff just stood there expressionlessly watching, not replenishing the food until I pointed it out, at which point they reluctantly went to get more. In short, the experience was terrible, and I will never stay at this hotel again.」

「The front desk personnel was not trained enough to support issuing the correct invoice.」

「由於旅程安排必須分段入住，每一位員工都很熱情協助處理我們的疑難雜症，非常感謝！」

「Had a great experience, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable.」
