「Super quiet location, rooms were beautifully done and recently refurbished. Very much liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom and super comfy bed. The communal area and restaurant were closed when we visited but there is a fab deli, 2 mins up road and linked to wider Castle Ashby estate. Overall a gem of a hotel and ideal for quiet break to relax and refresh. 」

「All very good except for Saturday night when there was live entertainment below us, not informed of this. Staff offered another room but didn’t want to change as it was late and we were tired. Breakfast served by a lovely lady so friendly. Room very good. Staff great . Thank you 」

「1.地點非常好。 2.好近條街和商場。 3.買東西十方便，想買甚麼也有。 4.行大約15 分鐘可以到達火車站，可乖火車轉地鐵去倫敦行街。 5.酒店外街道清潔。 6.有免費停車場非常好。 7.有後花園好 8.酒店好有特色，地板是木板，所以會有些木板聲。 9.酒店外貌與四圍的環境好配合，使人覺得好舒服。 10.酒店附近也有不同的選擇食品。(例:中國，泰國，日本食物等) 11.服務員好有禮貌 12.早餐也好好味。 13.食早餐的地方，有些櫈太舊，不過大多數都是清潔的。 14.沒有升降機，要自己拿上或下樓比較辛苦。 不知是否可以叫服務員幫手拿的。 15.如有中英對照和圖樣的餐牌更好。」

「The staff are very polite and helpful. The location is good as it is near the shopping centre, Bicester Village. The environment is very comfortable and the facilities are new. The breakfast there is nice.」

「Stayed overnight following a local wedding. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No breakfast for us. 」

「A lovely hotel, centrally located in Banbury. The hotel Inc reception, corridors and rooms were immaculate and fresh. Parking was readily available and free. We opted for the buffet breakfast option which was excellent value. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. I totally recommend this hotel」
