The room was suitable for my stay, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was good, but the extractor fan either was not functioning or was not very effective. The television was unreliable, but the room was clean, and I enjoyed my stay.

Very good hotel for the price paid. Great to have use of the pool. It seems all rooms have a separate toilet to the bathroom which isn’t great as have a medical condition that needs to be managed and requires access to a sink/water supply. May be accessible rooms available but don’t consider myself to have a disability that requires this. The dinner menu is good and food was nice. Breakfast is extremely overpriced - £72 for 4 adults just for one mornings breakfast! Would expect to pay up to £12 for an adult in line with places like premier inn, not £18! If the bathrooms could be renovated to everything in the same room and breakfast cheaper then it would be perfect.

Good parking area and breakfast. We are glad that they dog friendly. Although the main picture of the hotel is not the entrance of the hotel so it was confusing on arrival. Otherwise all is good.

We enjoyed our stay here, it’s in a good location, the hotel is clean and well kept but most of all the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s excellent value too and the breakfast was perfectly decent and kids eat free with a paying adult.

Nice hotel, great staff but the rooms need an upgrade on the IT Side. Only 2 plug sockets on the worktop, (there were 3 of us in a family room) and none by the beds & no USB charger points anywhere in the room at all. They still have the old dial up sockets we used about 15 years ago to get online via your landline phone line. Completely out of date & useless in this day and age. Get it upgraded guys…

Good facilities, decent swimming pool which requires booking of 30 min slots - pretty busy during holiday period, they restrict to about 10 people. Also sauna was a bonus. Decent breakfast with veg options. Easy parking. Arun at reception was especially helpful.
