「From the moment we arrived to when we departed for the airport the entire staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful, i was especially pleased with the ample vegetarian options! The location was good. Our room was incredibly spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel !
