The Westin Portland Harborview
The staff were excellent. The hotel is beautiful. The restaurant on the top floor had amazing drinks and the view was beautiful! My one complaint is that the room was soooo hot through the night no matter what and the pillows were so puffy and high when you lay down on them. So, did I sleep? Not ...
