"The staff was 10 stars, facility was so convenient to the rail, we had a room with balcony overlooking the park. Limited variety on fitness room. Parking was ok, but mostly empty so kinda a bummer to have to pay extra."

"My wife left her $160 KEEN boots inside the shoe drawer of our hotel room. I personally saw them there while packing shortly before checkout, and nobody in our party removed them. Hyatt later confirmed that the room had been cleaned after our departure, but the boots were never turned in or recorded ..."
