"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Well located for us as we wanted to see the sights and visit some museums. The staff were all very pleasant and efficient. The rooms were reasonably sized. We liked the idea of the small recreational facilities in reception."
