「This house felt like a real home, was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed provided for us, and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge waiting for us. The beds are really comfortable, as are the sofas, and the bathroom and kitchen are fab! We’re definitely coming back!」

「Hotel staff is always welcoming and helpful and beds are super comfy. Hotel is located in a very convenient area when visiting areas around Wirral and a nice stop when travelling further south and free parking on site. 」

「Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

「Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. 」

「Here’s a polished, firm but fair review you can use (keeps your key points but strengthens the impact): I stayed at Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa (room 50) and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I was not informed at the time of booking that a wedding would be taking place. I have no issue with events being held, but the noise continued until around 1am and made it impossible to get any sleep. When I raised this with staff, I was simply told “there’s nothing we can do as it’s a wedding.”...

「Good breakfast. Some of the soft furnishings in bedroom starting to look aged and a bit shabby. Cobweb on ceiling window and thick dust on curtain pelmet. One of the befs was broken on one side」
