「The hotel is very conveniently located near the beach. We were able to walk and watch a satellite launch on the beach. The ac was cold and the room had what we needed.」

「We arrived late at night and the receptionist was super friendly despite our late arrival. Check in was easy and the receptionist gave us recommendations in the area and also coupons in the lobby. Our rooms smelled great and were clean. I would absolutely book again especially if you’re in the area to visit Kennedy Space Center.」

「We have stayed there quite a few times. The air conditioning was nice since it was so hot. The kitchen has a full fridge/freezer. There are many drawers for stowing your things . There is a 2 burner cook top with a microwave. The bed was ok. There are many pillows. The bathroom is spacious with a tub/shower. Plenty of lights in the room. You are close to restaurants and many grocery stores. The staff was really nice.」

「Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.」

「Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy....

「1. Check in good, check out bad. They charge double with new rate. The lady who was check us in said the other shift check us out n check us back in with the new rate that is more expensive. She can’t figure it out and can’t solve the issue. We need to leave so she told us to keep checking our charges n give them a call if not fix. 2. The beds is not comfortable, very old」
