「Our inkeepers were so great, made us feel welcome and cared for. The location was awesome, near the Cave Hill Brewery, several nice restaurants, and a spa close by. we were close to skiing, and overlooking Massanutten resort. The Inn was perfect, clean and cozy. Thank you 」

「Tub was dirty. The room was nonsmoking but smelled of old smoke. Paint was melting off the walls. Broken floorboards. Left my charger in the room after checking out and was told I'd get a call back after the front desk talked to housekeeping. Did not get a call back. Wouldn't stay again」

「If you want to have breakfast, you need to walk to another hotel. It was a bit cold that day, and walking back and forth made my clothes a little wet.」

「Suite was huge. Dishwasher, full refrigerator, indoor pool. Pet fee was a little expensive, but a nice hotel.」

「There was more than enough to do that we ran out of time. There was an issue with room and the resort had maintenance there within minutes and everything was resolved! 」

「Though there are so many other hotels in the area much more popular by name, this is my favorite one. Not talking about the top hotels in the area with very high price range, but between all mid standard hotels, this is the best. Location wise very convenient, has enough parking space, pretty clean hotel. Stuffs are helpful. Has to mention one specific one, most probably his name was Mariano. He made our trip a remarkably one. At night helped us with few things we forgot to bring, in the morning...
