「The B & B looked newly renovated, was elegantly decorated, spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Most important was the warm greeting by the owners, a lovely couple who went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met from buying a voltage converter I needed, to preparing breakfast early in the morning of our departure, to driving us to the airport early that morning. They treated us like visiting family and we were very grateful....

「Roberta goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable and welcome. The room was beautiful and quiet. Her breakfast included dozens of options for food and she even took orders from a menu, which she then immediately cooks, such as different kinds of crepes. They were wonderful. She is also a very caring person and seems to love what she does for her guests.The location is also just off the main shopping and tourist area. 「This location is in a bad area of town so it is gated. VERY difficult to find The owner is NOT on premise so calling them is useless. We got caught in traffic and construction. We were asked about what time we were arriving. We guessed 6 and arrived after 8 because we were lost. Repeatedly tried calling the owner with no answer. When we arrived we got a lecture for being late. Owner did not speak much English yet continued to ask us when what time we were leaving in Italian. There is...
