「This was an incredible stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lucille was so lovely and welcoming. She bought beautiful patisserie cream filled pastries fresh for breakfast. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Her hospitality is amazing. So close to the city and the railway station. I would thoroughly recommend」
「Our stay at the property was amazing. A highly recommended stay!
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and was cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious the following mornings and plentiful.
The best part of our stay was the staff. Owners Alessandra and her husband made us feel so welcomed. They made us feel like family. This family owned boutique hotel was so helpful. They assisted us with all our needs.
Thank you both for making our stay in Catania wonderful...
「The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks.
Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments.」
「staff are all friendly and helpful. room was old-fashioned style but all spacious, comfortable and clean. also liked the 24-hour reception and also the fridge in the room. also the scrambled eggs of the breakfast were perfect.」
「I booked this place last minute for an early flight the next day and only realized later that it was an unstaffed property. The room was clean and matched the photos, but be mindful that there is no elevator and the unit is on the 3rd floor of a high-ceiling building—carrying heavy luggages up and...
「Great communication. The building itself is old and there is a really local market downstairs that might be shocking at first BUT the area is safe and your are literally a few minutes away from the central area where all the tourists go. Also, the rooms at Grafea are excellent and clean and the showers are nice and hot with heated towel. I will stay again if I go to Catania.」
「Airconditioning had to be turned off when not in the room but it says airconditioning. There was no airconditioning in the house and it was extremely hot inside. Regardless of not marking your food items my food was stolen twice and I didn't get much help from staff.」
