It's laid back im not from here but I feel welcomed not many speak English but that makes me want to learn Spanish 🙃 I'm loving Texas just have to find a place to stay.

For the price, this place is overall great! Our room was very clean (and I always check). Bed was comfortable, AC worked, there was a fridge and microwave. They even have a pool, restaraunt and bar onsite, which we loved having available. The office seems to close at 8pm, but they have food (cooked food, as well as snack food) for free in the office as long as they're open. They don't have pool towels so make sure you bring your own. We did. It did take us a couple of days to get extra towels and wash cloths and they wouldn't let us do a late checkout this morning. That was a bit unfortunate, but not a deal breaker. The guy who answered the phone at the front desk and the housekeepers don't seem to understand English, but are friendly. The pool tile is peeling some, but the water was clear and clean. For the price this is a gem. We will definitely be back to stay here when in the area. We would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're in town and on a budget.

They offer breakfast in the morning. They also have snacks and drinks all day for free which is awesome. They staff way very friendly. The room was nice and clean.

This was our first time staying there, we normally stay at La Quinta when were in the area for fishing but due to our budget, I was looking for something more affordable. Quiet honestly budget or not we will stay here again. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh, the young lady that checked us in was very friendly and who ever does housekeeping does an excellent job. For being that the building looks a little dated from the outside, you will be pleasantly surprised when you walk into your room. And they also have FREE food all day. Not just cereal and waffles in the morning but hot food plus fruits and other snacks. I hope things don't change by the time we come back. Thank you and keep doing what your doing. We had never left a tip at a hotel before but it was truly well deserved 😊✔️

When we got there they had overbooked or gave away our room even though I had already paid… luckily a man I’m guessing the owner, took us down the road to the Executive Inn or something like that and got us a room there. Thankful for a place to sleep, but tub was very rusty, stains on the dust ruffle that looked suspect, and stains all over walls, tv did not work, was not very clean. After driving 8-9 hours we were greatful for a place to shower and sleep, but definitely would not stay there again.
