All the appliances for climate control. Room was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge was an unexpected bonus. Missing coffee maker but short drive to great coffee shops. Friendly and courteous staff.

Walls are paper thin and if you're on the first floor, any movement on the second floor is clearly heard. Also, most of the time, there was an odd sound coming from the fridge that was kind of annoying. It's definitely an old motel that has not been well maintained, and pretty expensive for what you get, but it is a great location and met our needs for quick access to that City pier area and the downtown.
