「Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!」

(Little things like laminated cabinet by door starting to peel.) Not a great neighborhood in terms of places to walk to. Beach is a 45 minute walk even though it looks like you are close by. 「The view is pretty good and the room is also quite comfy. Hotel staff is very helpful on answering the queries. The breakfast also has quite a lot of choices. But the window frame has blocked the view for a bit and its location is not convenient if you are not driving.」
