「I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.」

「The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The only negative issue was the bathtub was clean but had a big hole near by the knob - rusty. Definitely needed replacement. It didn't affect my ability to shower but I wondered if bugs could come in or out of there. Hope they fixed it 😊.」

「This property was excellent! Perfect location near shopping, restaurants, nightlife, the beach and everything in between. The hotel was extremely clean and staff members were constantly cleaning common areas. Our room was huge with comfortable beds and towels. The balconies and pool were a huge hit for my family. The breakfast was fantastic too, so many options and everything was fresh and hot no matter the time that you went. They even had some allergy friendly options for a family member! Will...
