「This hotel is located in an amazing location with Poole Harbour to one side and the sea to the other, both accessible from the hotel.
The staff are polite and professional. The housekeeping is impressive.
Although the building is looking a little tired, the ambience, staff members and service make up for it.
Breakfast is as expected with variety on offer to cater to most dietary requirements. The dining/eating area could be made a little more attractive as the layout seems rather formal....

「Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The pub was really nice to sit and have a pint when it was raining, the food was very tasty. The rooms were very big and the beds very comfortable.」

「An excellent location and the directions provided by the host were spot on. In a beautiful peaceful location and a stones throw from the harbour front. Once inside the property we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean and the welcome book included all the details we needed, not only about the accommodation but also suggestions for restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The host was amazing, leaving us to enjoy our stay but responding straight away to any questions we had. Highly...
