「Grundsätzlich sehr einfaches Hotel bzgl. Einrichtung und Komfort. Okay für eine Nacht auf der Durchfahrt, aber mehr nicht. Hätte es nicht die strategische Lage vor dem Gotthard-Tunnel und den üblichen Schweiz-Preisaufschlag würde es wohl anderswo eher die Hälfte kosten. Das Frühstück war gut und erfreulicherweise hört man die Autobahn bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht. Der Ort um das Hotel ist absolut tot.」

「Nettes, rustikales Zimmer. Aber...! Kompliziertes self-checkin. Der Eigentümer hat den Überblick nicht, wer, was, wann bezahlt hat. Trotz 12 Std. Vorauszahlung erhielt ich den Code für den Schlüsseltresor nicht und musste umständlich telefonisch nachfragen. Dafür kamen im Anschluss immer wieder unnötige Nachrichten vom Eigentümer. Das Zimmer ist zwar nett, aber die Decke sehr tief. Wer grösser als 180 cm ist, kann nicht gerade stehen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher um löslichen Kaffee zu...

「When we checked in the reception was nice . The room was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The owner was not friendly. I could not get any Wifi signal in our room. So bad. Only in the lobby.」

「Our experience was so bad that we stayed only one night instead the two we booked and paid. The photos of the property are absolutely misleading, there is absolutely no view from inside. The surrounding area is nice, just not from right at the house. The beds were absolutely horrible. And to add insult to the injury the host, located directly above the unit we stayed in, walked around and had conversations until after midnight. We could hear every word and it felt as if someone would fall thru...

「We were upgraded to the la vetta hotel, which isnowned by same man. It was a beautiful hotel, had a lovely bar, staff were very good spoke English nothing was any trouble. Had a cinema and kids club. The hotel had a lovely restaurant food at out time was set menus but will try to accommodate. Breakfast was fablius help yaself continental and also done eggs bacon sausages toast various cakes and meats 」
