Information given are wrong

There is nobody on site. Since Hotels.com is not providing the phone number of the hotel, we had to find it ourselves. Basically the person is giving you online where to get the key ! There is no breakfast including as it is stated in the ad, moreover, there is no spa as stated in the ad. I would have probably not choosen this hotel if I had know this before booking

Nettes, rustikales Zimmer. Aber...! Kompliziertes self-checkin. Der EigentĆ¼mer hat den Ɯberblick nicht, wer, was, wann bezahlt hat. Trotz 12 Std. Vorauszahlung erhielt ich den Code fĆ¼r den SchlĆ¼sseltresor nicht und musste umstƤndlich telefonisch nachfragen. DafĆ¼r kamen im Anschluss immer wieder unnƶtige Nachrichten vom EigentĆ¼mer. Das Zimmer ist zwar nett, aber die Decke sehr tief. Wer grƶsser als 180 cm ist, kann nicht gerade stehen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher um lƶslichen Kaffee zu machen. Milch oder Milchpulver fehlen leider. Im Dorf gibt es keine Verpflegungsmƶglichkeit mit warmen Mahlzeiten. Im Nachbardorf (ca. 1km entfernt) ist dies mƶglich. Insgesamt eher ein Booking oder Airbnb Angebot, obwohl das Breakfast bekanntlich nicht erhƤltlich ist. Aus meiner Sicht kein Hotels.com Style. Etwas Gutes zum Schluss: Bequemes Bett.

Nous avons rĆ©servĆ© comme dā€™habitude au dernier momentā€¦ Ce nā€™est pas une bonne option pour cet Ć©tablissement. En effet les clĆ©s sont dans des box Ć  code et nous nā€™avions pas reƧu le codeā€¦ et le numĆ©ro de tĆ©lĆ©phone de la rĆ©servation nā€™Ć©tait pas le bonā€¦ Toutefois tout sā€™est bien fini avec un responsable fort sympathique.

Die Unterkunft war top. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck gebucht und mussten nochmals 38.- fĆ¼rs FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck bezahlen.Ist fĆ¼r uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Am Anreisetag haben wir einmal Hamburger mit Pommes und einmal nur Hamburger gegessen,gemƤss Karte,wƤre noch gemischter Salat dabei.Dieser wurde aber nicht serviert. Verrechnet wurde trotzdem zwei Mal 24.40.- Nach Reklamation wurden dann 5.- abgezogen.Was ist mit dem Salat? Total Ć¼berrissene Preise. Schade,fĆ¼r das tolle Restaurant. Leider konnte niemand Deutsch,man gibt sich auch keine MĆ¼he dort.

Pure verwennerij

Het verblijf in Chalet dei Fiori liep iets anders dan gedacht. Bij aankomst bleek het Chalet helaas bezet. De eigenaar excuseerde zich voor de miscommunicatie maar bood ons een heerlijk alternatief aan in het hotel Stelle Alpina. Moesten wel iets bijbetalen maar dat was zeer de moeite waard. De suite was zeer comfortabel en het uitzicht op de vallei was fantastisch. Slapen in zeer comfortabele bedden en het geluid van de rivier op de achtergrond: pure verwennerij!

IltahƤmƤrƤssƤ vaikeuksia lƶytƤƤ. Mutta maisemat mennen tullen hotellille aivan upeat! Kauniisti sisustettu huone, ystƤvƤllistƤ ja palveluhenkistƤ henkilƶkuntaa. Hotellin nimi hieman harhaanjohtava kun Stella Alpinassa kuitenkin yƶvyimme!

Sehr ruhige Lage

gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtete Zimmer im Chalet mit allem, was benƶtigt wird. Wellness leider nur gegen Aufpreis. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck mit Kaffee satt (oder Tee) und Saft, mit Ei, Honig Marmelade, KƤse und Wurst, leider keine Brƶtchen. Wunderschƶne Aussicht von der Wiese mit LiegestĆ¼hlen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, VerstƤndigung kein Problem. Die Lage ist fĆ¼r Naturliebhaber, Wanderer und natĆ¼rlich fĆ¼r uns als Motorrad fahrende Urlauber ideal, direkt an der Auffahrt zum Nufenpass. Wir kommen wieder!

Att behƶva betala sƄ mycket fƶr att fƄ bo i Stig Helmers annex Ƥr ett skƤmt, rummet lƄg till hƤlften inngrƤvt som kƤllare och var rƄtt och fuktigt, takhƶjden 1.80, lakan och tƤcke torkade aldrig upp. Vi har bott pƄ mƄnga hotell men ingenstans har det lyst igenom sƄ tydligt att det Ƥr pengar man skall tjƤna, jƤttedyr restaurang med hyfsad mat, felaktiga och glƶmda bestƤllningar mƶttes med en italiensk axelryckning. Det som inte heller Ƥr bra att mƄnga av bilderna pƄ hotels.com visar hur det stora hotellet Stella Alpina ser ut, bilderna har inget med annexet att gƶra. Ett riktigt dyrt bottennapp

GemĆ¼tliches Zimmer und uriger Umgebung

Klein aber feines Hotel bzw. Chalet. leider konnten wir die Umgebung wegen dem Schlechten Wetter nicht so sehr geniessen, dafĆ¼r den kleinen Wellnesbereich um so mehr. Freundliche Bedienung und guten Wein :)
