Great location near the train station. Excellent food especially for a small town like Airolo. Convenient to the trains and also for a bus to visit Sasso San Gottardo.

Great .odern hotel with spacious rooms

Very friendly staff, modern hotel and very clean. Good restaurant available. The ceiling height on the third floor was 2 meters. Other floors were higher. Just so you know when you are tall. But the rooms were very spacious.

We arrived in the pouring rain and were quickly checked in so that we could make it to a local pizzeria before it closed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extensive with local yogurt. Took the dog for a walk above the village up to the snow line. Wonderful views and worth the effort.

Das Frühstücks Geschirr war dreckig Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Nachttischlampe lag defekt auf dem Tisch. Das Personal hatte während der Arbeit einen Kaugummi im Mund. Alle wirkten enorm unmotivert. Kein Lächeln, oder einen kurzen Wortwechsel. Auch redete niemand vom Personal Deutsch. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis geht überhaupt nicht auf. Wir waren enttäuscht.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good restaurant

We stayed for one night to visit Gotthard and enjoyed the stay very much. Friendly staff, freshly renovated rooms, and even with the train station in front very quiet rooms. The restaurant is worth trying, we had a tasty dinner
