「The room was clean and nice. But we asked for seperate beds and when we arrived there was only one doublebed. We tried to contact the staff, but couldn't reach them. We also wanted breakfast 15 minutes earlier because of our flight but didn't get any response so we had to get breakfast on our own. 」

「非常好的体验。位于佛罗伦萨近郊的村庄山上，空气非常好。虽然感觉距离市区有些远，但是坐公交车也只是十几分钟，有公交车直达火车站，所以也非常方便。客房只有六个，我们订了四个，其实就是一个小别墅，有庭院，可以在庭院里享受早餐和下午茶，休闲住宿是个非常好的地方。尤其是店老板是一家三口，非常热心，在出租车没有约到的情况下愿意开车送我们去机场，让我们非常感动。」

「This property is a typical European hotel setup. It’s in a shared building with other tenants. Very clean, the staff was excellent, very caring. Checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious. I asked for a double bed and separate bed for my daughter, there was a separate room with a single bed and closet that was very spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. 」
