「The Venezuelan receptionist Susete was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. This hotel has charm and character throughout, guests made to feel really welcome, pick fruit from the garden, help themselves to drinks (and pay for them on the honesty sheet), and the complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely touch. We were very disappointed that we were only staying for 2 nights in this very highly recommended hotel. Huge choice for breakfast too - magical!」

「1905 Zino’s Palace is an historical gem on Madeira Portugal. The food was so outstanding and delicious that we ate all three dinners there. The employees, each and every one of them was helpful, talkative and enjoyable. To stay there and know your money is being put into a historical building is worth every penny. You feel like you have gone back in...

「When we checked in the room we were given had a broken door so we were moved to another room. The room we were changed to was not the same as what we paid for. We paid for a double sea view and had a corner view instead. We made the best of it. We enjoyed our stay and the nightly entertainment. The buffet had a different theme each night which was nice. The poor area was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The beach and ocean are right there with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are 2...
