「Didn’t like being allocated a room for the disabled with an adjoining door, on the ground floor. Not what we paid for. Were then offered an attic room with a skylight type window, you couldn’t see out and it was dark. They then managed to jiggle things around and we had a decent room, the sort we expected. Didn’t use most of the facilities as we were there for a wedding near by but we did eat in the bar area. Food menu was limited and so were the cocktail choices. Don’t know about the restaurant...

「Everything was great: comfortable room, tasty continental breakfast. Traveler cell service and wifi limited in the area, so make certain to confirm everything before you head out!」

「Location was convenient for us but the room was noisy with music playing until after 11pm on both nights. Strange smell in the room and no reading lights or fridge.」

「For an expensive hotel, the bathroom was very dated, tired and in desperate need of updating. The enamel on the bath was gone meaning it was stained pretty bad, the grout around the outdated tiles had been painted white. The bedroom had been painted poorly and was very plain and in need of updating, as are the furniture. The room would have been ok if the price had been around £50 p/n. The main communal areas were very nice, the corridors had radiators hanging off the wall with brown stains on...

「3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great.....」

「very poor experience, wanted to refuse check in and check out during midnight」

「Great shirt stay, the beds were really comfy and the room was spacious with everything we needed. Staff were lovely.」

「The staff were very helpful and relaxed in their approach. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of tea and a local coffee. The bedroom was clean but obviously being upgraded.」

「The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well!」

「前台服務員很好 早餐有點失望 煎蛋放得太久太硬」

「Not very clean.」
