"We were in the oldest part of the hotel and it was kind of magical! No elevator but a winding staircase up what must have been a tower, with the room opening directly off the staircase. It was like being a princess in a tower. The room was clean and spacious. The staff brought the bags to our rooms and were very helpful with dinner suggestions. We were only there one night, but if (when!) we are back I will wear a beautiful cocktail dress and sit in the gorgeous lounge with a glass of champagne. "

"Room as clean and had enoug room for me and I am big guy. Bathroom was great nicely sized. Shower was excellent. Room facing courtyard was great. Room was warm but once I put the heating off it was great. Staff were really nice and helpful. Location great right opposite train station. Airport bus doesn't drop you off right out side probs a 5 min walk BUT the stoip to board is opposite. Breakfast had enough choices and food 0- recommend going very early. would happily stay again"

"Staff very friendly and I was put in a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Everything I needed was provided. Bed really comfy. Location perfect. My friend stayed one night in a room at the front of the hotel which she said was noisy."

"Wonderful staff especially Quentin. Rooms were clean and beds neatly done. Breakfast is good of cold buffet selection. Opposite the road was victor Hugo market with lovely selection of foods. Unfortunately they only open 7-2."

"Unloading and loading the car was challenging. Maybe the hotel could give some tips. Also, maybe the staff could assist. However, none of this was critical."

"fue una buena experiencia en general. sin embargo no me gusto que el elevador no funcionaba en la mañana, cargar maletas es muy pesado. quise cambiar el horario del taxi y ni habi forma de hacerlo pues intente llamar y nunca pude conunciarme. no habia alguien en recepcion. el lugar fue muy comodo , el personal muy amable.la limpieza no muy buena, habia restos de jabon en el baño, y la mesa tenia restos de pan. la cama tenia restos de chocolate. la cama muy comoda aunque las fundas de almohada no olian a limpio."

"My late arrival was no problem, property has everything I need for short stay (room plus breakfast) didn't need the kitchen option this time. Just across from rail and bus stations, well lit area at night. As solo female traveller that's a priority. No time for the spa this visit but on previous visits I can recommend a soak in the jacuzzi to get rid of travelling aches."
