The carpet shows heavy wear and the bathtub faucet has serious stains -- all of these factors made these feel like something less than a first class experience. Oh, and the elevator had the same (pet?) stain in it all 3 days of this trip. That was gross.」

「The hotel was very clean. Check in and out easy, breakfast buffet was the usual ones at hotel, ok, and the entrance was inviting. The only thing that made it a 4 was that the room and BR quite tight. I really wouldn't have a problem recommending it or staying there again.」

「OK the bad and then the good: Beware the bathrooms in the queen doubles like we stayed in were so small, it was hard to shut the door with yourself in the bathroon, which was a toliet and a tub. Staff had to be reminded several times to bring extra pillows and a blanket, which the room lacked when we got there. They brought pillows, and a towel, and not an extra blanket. OOPS! The floors you could feel people walking around constantly. The good... The property was clean, and taken care of, as...
