「Unfortunately, the sensor light out the front of our bungalow stayed on all night, keeping our room very bright. Reported the issue and were told it would be fixed by maintenance. Night 2 had the same issue. 2 sleepless nights out of 2 had us very tired! Otherwise, room and views were awesome!」

「Located at side of Lake Macquarie. Must put Marks Point if you set GPS. The same highway number led us to a place 40 mins far away. Owner of motel is a friendly lady and give us valuable info of where to explore and eat. Will stay there again for future visits. Restaurant at Gunyah Hotel nearby is very good too.」

「Shower plumbing fail.」

「we book two days stay ，the guy passed key to us day one we been out for whole day when we back I open the door of room 7，there is an other couple ling on the bed ，cant believe this happen，after this the other guy blame us said“its all ur fault to take the wrong key the room not belong to us ”，then why u double confirm ，then give us the key in the beginning，by the way they didn't give the side door key after they lock it」

「I’ve had two stays here over the last two weeks. On both occasions, for the most part everything was great. My only disappointment, was has greasy/slippery the bathroom floor was in room 5, and the amount of dirt at the bottom of the shower floor in room 6. The toilet also need a good clean. That aside, I was very happy with my stay. Good parking, lovely room, coffee van right outside, great location, friendly staff.」

「The room was spacious, clean and had a great outlook over the river. It had everything you'd need in the kitchen. First impressions though are you are staying at a building site. Fencing, building materials and site signs are what you see first, the car park is unfinished, the reception is not operational. It well located and will be a top class motel when finished.」

「Lubly」

「This motel is top notch. Loved everything about it. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and modern, towels were soft, body wash and shampoo were Devine. The location was fantastic. Definitely stay here again. The owners were lovely people as well.」

「Clean motel, close to everything, friendly staff.」

「Convenient location with walking distance to train station and Club Macquarie just next door. Spacious rooms and king size beds suit family bookings.」
