The Beachcomber Hotel & Resort, an Ascend Collection Resort

"We had a lovely stay at Beachcomber Toukley. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and the lake, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the small sofa in the room had quite a few stains on it, which made it look worn and could do with a thorough clean or replacement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for a great experience!"

"Clean and well organized cabin. We were lucky to get upgraded to the three bedrooms beachfront cabin with direct view of the ocean from our kitchen/lounge room, so we can enjoy the nice view of the waves while having our meals. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. Our cabin is well equipped with full size fridge, gas cook tops, kitchen amenities, washer and dryer, so it is very convenient for families with kids. The steam shower is wonderful, very warm and comfortable. The location is the best of the best. We have direct access to beach from our house, just 1 min talk. kids had plenty fun looking for shells. If the weather is better they would enjoy more. Unfortunately when we came it rained a lot so the kids had to stay in door for a lot of times. We will definitely come back in summer time again."

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable . It’s clear to see that all the staff are happy in their roles and enjoy working there. Some standouts include Julie, Georgia and Peter. Breakfast in Seasalt was fabulous & Pam went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. We were also impressed to see a young man with special needs working there. The hotel is ideally positioned, directly opposite the beach and within walking distance of the myriad of shops. We really enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area that had huge windows and panoramic views of the beach."
