「Room was minimal, staffs are rude and throw you surprising charges. I booked bigger room that comes with sofa bed. On the check out day, I thought check out time was 12 pm. The lady instead of keep knocking she opened the door, good that I put the chain. She said that I didn’t put my kids on reservation therefore I have to pay extra for them. I told her what makes you think why 2 adults would want bigger room with sofa bed?! Because of my kids I needed a sofa bed. Never coming back 」

「En todo momento tuvimos la información para entrar en la habitación. Son habitaciones muy amplias. Está a 300 m de la estación y eso es muy buena cosa. Además al lado hay un montón de centros comerciales como Aldi panaderías restaurantes, puedes acceder a cualquier cosa que te haga falta. A mejorar: Unas almohadas en condiciones. Y que vinieran a hacer la habitación cada día, no vienen. Nos faltó papel WC y tuvimos que comprarlo.」
