Rent och välskött hotell - rekommenderas

Ett rent och välskött hotell centralt beläget i Giessen. Mycket tillmötesgående personal. Vi hade rymligt rum, som var tyst och lugnt. Bilen parkerade vi på innergården vilket var tryggt. Riklig och god frukost. Vi kommer stanna över här igen, kan absolut rekommenderas.

Sehr sympathisches und gemütliches kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Sehr netter Empfang und freundliche Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes. Auf meinen Extrawunsch bzgl. zusätzlichem Frühstück wurde sehr völlig unkompliziert reagiert. Vielen Dank! Komme bestimmt wieder.

Die Birne bei einer Nachtkommode war defekt. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, sodass es schwierig war, zwei Koffer und einen Kleidersack hoch zu tragen.

Very good

The hotel was great and just a 15 min walk from the city centre. When I arrived the guy on reception seemed put out that he couldn't find my reservation, and suggested he'd been trying to contact me - no evidence of this. I explained that the booking was through Hotels.com, so any glitch in the booking was nothing to do with me. I felt he was annoyed at me, which irritated me. However, the hotel was modern, clean, warm, quiet and had everything I needed.

Pulito e accogliente

Nel complesso più che buono, la struttura è nuova, arredata con gusto e sobrietà, con attenzione ai minimi dettagli. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto ampia e luminosa e dotata di ogni comfort, c’era persino lo stirapantaloni. Il bagno era nuovo e con una doccia grande e confortevole. Colazione ottima, varia ed abbondante e la sala era pulitissima ed accogliente, il personale gentile. Nel pianerottolo c’era anche l’attrezzatura per pulire le scarpe. L’unico appunto devo farlo riguardo al letto matrimoniale: così incassato tra ue piglie rende un po’ scomodo l’uso del comodo e soprattutto della lampada da notte. Per quanto ci fosse anche un faretto con braccio flessibile non si riesce a leggere a letto. Inoltre, non mi è mai capitato di dormire direttamente sul coprimaterasso in spugna e di avere delle federe enormi da avvolgere intorno al cuscino

Sehr kurzfristig gebucht und dann so schön!

Wir sind anlässlich eines Konzertbesuches leider nur für eine Nacht in Gießen gewesen und hatten mit diesem Hotel und den lieben Leuten, die dort zuständig waren, für unsere Ansprüche den absoluten Hauptgewinn gezogen! Wir fühlten uns als Gäste willkommen und wertgeschätzt. Es gab zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber einen Ventilator und ein superleckeres Frühstück am nächsten Morgen! Gerne immer wieder und dann länger! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Liebevoll geführtes kleines Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück. Stadtnahe Lage in der Nähe des Alten Friedhofs. Parkplätze befinden sich ausreichend direkt am Hotel. Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Für den Preis bin ich besseres gewohnt. - Aber für Gießen wohl normal!? Ist natürlich die Frage wo/wie man sonst übernachtet! Alles in Allem aber OK! Defizite wurde vom Service schnell behoben.

Der Scheck in ging schnell und komfortabel. Service ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr Umfangreich, kann mit den großen Hotelketten sehr gut mithalten
