Property is not a Ritz Carlton ... BUT for a small German town this is a Gem ! We stayed three nights and the room (#7) was wonderful. No frills, like Coffee Maker or other fancy gadgets that in the end you really don't need (but pay for). A few thoughts: If you plan on having breakfast the Hotel offers a GREAT variety in the morning. Absolutely worth it! At the corner of the "Market Square" is a small restaurant called "Sterntaler - Wirtshaus und Biergarten". If you don't go there for dinner, you missed a GREAT place. Food, service and food selections were outstanding and we give this restaurant a big thumbs up. Enjoy Hungen. We did and we will return (if they let us back in).

Das Zimmer war gut, eine zweite Sitzmöglichkeit wäre noch besser. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls ausreichend, ein angenehmes kleineres Hotel, das man weiter empfehlen kann.

Das Personal war am Telefon sehr freundlich, mehr Kontakt hatten wir nicht, da wir nicht gefrühstückt haben. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt, ich habe die Fenster geöffnet, um warme Luft reinzulassen. Leider ist mir dabei der dicke Staub auf Gardinenstangen, Fensterbrett und Lampenschirm aufgefallen. Das Bad war aber sauber.

Ein Wochenende in Hungen

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebenhaus. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren renoviert und hell. Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich und wirkten alt und durchgelegen. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Kaffevariationen (z.B. Latte o.ä.) werden extra abgerechent. Aufgrund von Corona werden die Zimmer nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt.
