「Hotel lobby was very clean but our room was filled with stink bugs (counted at least 10 visible) and TV did not work. We called the front desk (which they seem to not believe us) and came to room to validate our concerns. Staff ended up changing our room with NO Bugs and a working TV.」

「The property was pretty clean but really needed updating. The carpet was pretty stained. The beds were comfy. The staff was super nice. The restaurant on site was good and priced average. It was convenient to the highway. It was surprisingly quiet.」

「No deadbolt and the door latch mechanism was missing from the jamb. Had to rely on the latch in the door to catch in the open hole in the jamb. There was a security swing latch that barely closed. Shower head coming out of the wall and spout pulled away from the wall.」

「Was in room for 10 minutes and seen 3 cockroaches in that time left room at midnight and would not give me a refund both hotel and expedia」
